Please tell us about allergies before ordering. FoodBox handles common allergens in the same kitchen and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Food is prepared specifically for confirmed orders. Contact FoodBox as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Refund availability depends on whether preparation has started.

Keep chilled food refrigerated and follow the storage and reheating instructions supplied with your order.

FoodBox uses the contact and delivery details you provide to prepare, fulfil and support your order. Card payments are processed by Stripe; FoodBox does not receive or store your full card number. Account and order information is stored using Firebase services. Marketing emails are optional. If you tick the marketing box, FoodBox may email you when new dishes, ordering updates and member offers become available. You can withdraw that permission at any time in My Account or through the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Transactional order confirmations and pickup or delivery reminders are sent separately because they are needed to fulfil your order. You can delete your FoodBox account from My Account. This removes your sign-in and saved member profile. Completed transaction and order records are kept for business records and order support. If you later join again with the same email, the first-order member offer will not be available again. FoodBox keeps an anonymous daily visit count and referral category for its private admin dashboard. Raw network addresses and browser details are not stored in this visit count. FoodBox does not attach customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order notes or card details to visit statistics. Browser privacy settings and content blockers may limit this measurement. Contact FoodBox if you need help with your information.
